Carolin has always had a passion for paper, especially when she learned to design digital and print media in a prepress agency. She then studied "Information and Media Design" at the HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd, where a strong conceptual approach and social aspects were already of importance during her studies. After graduating as a designer, she worked for more than 3 years in a Berlin brand design studio for clients such as the Berlin Senate Department for Urban Development, Triumph and PHINEO.
As a signatory of the Charter for Sustainable Design, it is particularly important to her that in addition to high-quality design and strategic procedures to support companies and institutions that are oriented towards the common good. She wishes to support these companies by clearly communicating their values and messages: statements that stand on higher value instead of advertising messages.
For 8 years she has accompanied projects in the fields of education, research, environment, food, healthcare and culture. She has designed media for Teach First Deutschland, Cornelsen Verlag, the German Federal Agency for Civic Education, ver.di, the Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Kinder- und Jugendhilfe AGJ, the Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften, the National Association of German Foundations, Clean Energy Global and fashion designer Natascha von Hirschhausen.
With heart and mind, she develops creative concepts for corporate identities, information design, reporting/editorial media and fundraising/marketing tools. Her developed measures and tools will be implemented as economically, environmentally friendly and fair as possible.
