She brings eight years of experience in consulting, research, training and dialogue projects in Germany and India on issues of sustainable corporate management. Her expertise lies in the areas of sustainable strategy and business models (ex. transformative corporate practice, post-growth and adaptation to climate change), environmental management, sustainability reporting and sustainable entrepreneurship. In addition to political and multi-stakeholder initiatives, she has advised companies in the automotive, chemical, energy and financial sectors.
She is passionate about creating spaces in which people and organizations can reflect on their relationships to sustainable development issues, expand their skills effectively and develop creative potential for sustainable action. One of her focus points is on developing methods and formats that make it easier for SMEs to transition towards sustainability.
Since 2018 she has taught operational environmental and sustainability management at the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development and Sustainable Entrepreneurship at the Free University of Berlin. Before becoming self-employed, she worked for BSD Consulting, the Institute for Ecological Economy Research (IÖW) and the global think tank adelphi. As a graduate of political science with a focus on sustainability and globalization, she has a broad understanding of the stakeholder landscape in all aspects of sustainable corporate management.
